Web Pirates Wreck: UK providers to blacklist users over free downloads

UK record labels are seeking to sink the ships of Internet pirates. Companies are pressing providers to create a black list of people who download music, movies, books and other content for free. And in just a week the British Video Association plans to discuss the issue at a Downing Street breakfast.
