The contrasting portrayals with the top two comparisons being favored by the media

This blog will be different from any of my normal blogs. Since I wrote it the day after the verdict there have been many developments. There has been a push for the Justice Department to pursue civil rights violations and re-open the case federally. Many people are tired of hearing it but we are all far from hearing the last of this. Obama has also asked for a fight for justice in the name of Trayvon by changing gun control laws. I have been called a honky, cracker, white mother fucker among many other things since the verdict was reached every single time I have used mass transit and was called scum by a black woman that had to be at least 70 at the doctor;s office the other day and she is lucky I didn’t knock her false teeth down her stupid throat. It’s getting ridiculous. I’m not a Jewish Peruvian-American that shot an aggressive, white-hating 17 year old kid that was killed because a man had to defend himself. No way a jury could find Zimmerman guilty and I don’t care if a Smurf was under that hood…the result would have been no different. THIS WILL ESCALATE even more.

This whole case from start to finish became important to me the day it hit the news. It should have been important to everyone then as well and by everyone I mean everyone in the “truther” movement. Whenever the death of an unknown black teen at the hands of an unknown Jewish Latino for self defense in a state that has the “Stand Your Ground” law such as Florida become national news then we had better pay attention and when this took on the heavy racial undertones and the media had most people convinced that THEY thought he was guilty then not only should our entire movement had paid attention, the movement should have been ready for the not guilty verdict. This went from what appeared to be another mainstream media distraction story to the foreshadowing of a potential race war and I can’t believe that so many people swept this under the rug and still don’t know many important points of the trial yet feel the need to get preachy about race and start comparing Bradly Manning’s case and coverage to Zimmerman’s case and coverage when its apples and steaks. Its not even in the same food group. This whole case, the headlines, and the dialogue without it was racially charged and it was race baiting and it worked. Being a truther isn’t about regurgitating memes or re-posting news from sites you find to be unbiased. It’s also about being able to interpret truth, discern motive and truth in the mainstream stories, and make educated guesses based on historical patterns and common sense. As I write this reports are coming in all over the country about white Americans being murdered by black Americans and there is rioting going on in Oakland, CA. Paying attention to this story and discussing it doesn’t have to be synonymous with feeding the lie and the intent. This story became newsworthy when it became newsworthy because it should have been evident that it was about far more than distraction. This story was meant to inflame the African American communities and other sympathizers to the entire race part of it. No story can distract if you have the common sense to pay attention to everything in the news. I know I’m not for everyone and I know some people will disagree with me and maybe even dislike me for what I have just written and what I’m about to write and that’s okay, and if you do disagree or dislike me because of it, then you should probably read more.

The remarks and commentary that registered as the most idiotic had to have come from the very movement and culture that I consider myself a part of. The people in this movement should take special care in each and every single thing that they say.

I’m not interested in hearing how I shouldn’t be paying attention to this because it is a division tactic or how I should be paying more attention to Bradley Manning instead. I don’t want to look at a bunch of advice on what I should be googling like FEMA Camps, Rothschild Family, or Chemtrails. Anyone who knows me knows that I have googled all of those things plenty of times, and I promise anyone who is reading this that is outraged by the attention the the case is getting that I can walk and chew gum at the same time, therefore I am perfectly qualified to divide my brain into multiple tasks and still be effective. Please note the screen shot I took that’s posted above this section. That is absurd. If nationwide rioting were to occur and may still, then that is enough for a federal martial law declaration and that’s good stepping stone for those FEMA camps. This is a classic case of someone thinking they are smarter than what they really are. How does this person even know what I have done homework on? That appears to have been written by someone that simply said something because it sounded good to them and I’d wager this person doesn’t know jack about FEMA camps or Chemtrails other than a few sentences from a few memes because if they were smart they’d know that this entire situation is all about race baiting to light the fire for rioting enough for the President to step in, and I know he wants to. There are a lot of people that have lofty elitist attitudes in the truth movement and act like intellectual and moral fascists and it infuriates me. They can’t take jokes, they and only they know what is important to pay attention to, they bash the Abrahamic religions, and they love to tell you what you should and shouldn’t be eating too like I don’t know that a Rally’s burger is bad for me, but oh its sooooo good!

My advice to these people is tone it down a notch and and instead of recycling truth; try and learn some so there is something worthwhile to post or talk about. Google: critical thinking. Oh, and quit calling people sheep.

Does George Zimmerman and his family have a right to be happy that he got a not guilty back in his case? Absolutely, he has every right to be happy. His freedom was at stake and he and his family spent a lot of money and time fighting this charge. Should anyone be celebrating? I don’t think so. I do not believe that Trayvon Martin deserved to die and I don’t think he intended on killing George Zimmerman and he was just a teenager and he’s dead and I think there are people such as his family and close friends that are legitimately devastated because of his death. That is not a cause to celebrate.

Why are people who know nothing about the parties involved, the community, or the law celebrating this not guilty verdict when a kid died and it wasn’t a home invasion, rape, or during the commission of crime that could be considered heinous? I think its for the same reason the people who are threatening violence are doing and saying these things. Its a bunch of uneducated morons jumping on a bandwagon as an excuse to get their less “PC” feelings out in the open while masking them by calling this a victory for due process. This is unacceptable to parade it around and to tarnish real due process to cover racial tendencies.

The case was not about race. The media made the case about race. When the media made the case about race then no verdict was going to be acceptable. There was never going to be a good reason to celebrate this when it became about inciting a race war.

The next section of this blog is dedicated to breaking down this situation as I see it and have seen it since it started at the end of February 2012. I have followed this very closely because I believed it to be far more than a distraction tactic, and the amazing thing is that it didn’t distract me whatsoever from anything else because its not that complicated.

Please imagine me shouting this: He’s a Jewish Latin American! His mother’s name is Gladys and she is Peruvian. Despite the fact that most Jews aren’t ethnic Semites they still consider being Jewish an ethnicity as do most people that don’t know any better. This is not a white and black thing nor has it ever been. The fact that the Martin Family’s legal reps and the New Black Panthers are making it out that way is extremely unethical. George Zimmerman is as Caucasian as Barack Obama is. Wanting to attack people and cry foul on the white race because of the actions of bi-racial Jew is crazy and the fact that anyone thinks this is a white and black racial issue means the media has done a spectacular job.

Zimmerman was the neighborhood watch coordinator for a small gated community in Sanford, Florida that had been a target for burglaries prior to the incident. I should point out that Sanford is not large at all and has a population of a little over 50,000 people. This was a very a small neighborhood. Anyone has grown up in a small town or in a closed off or gated community knows well and good that a person that is out of place is going to be noticed right away especially if the area had been hit by burglaries. I’m not saying that Trayvon Martin didn’t belong or it was his “blackness” that alerted Zimmerman. Zimmerman never said it was the fact that Martin was black either.

-A fact that isn’t highlighted very much by the media and conveniently over looked by the groups participating in the racial aspect of this is that Zimmerman called the police department before any confrontation took place and reported him as looking suspicious because he was walking around in the rain and looking at all the houses. People involved in neighborhood watches are naturally paranoid busy bodies in my opinion, but I sincerely doubt it had anything to do with race. He called the police BEFORE anything ever happened!

-If Zimmerman was part of the gated community and he was Hispanic, and Trayvon Martin had recently started living in the community with someone that had been there then its not only possible but probable that the gated community contained African-American, Hispanic, and Caucasian families and Zimmerman as the coordinator of the watch was probably fully aware of this.

Is seeing someone at night, during the rain, wearing a hooded sweat shirt, and on foot that is a stranger to a small gated community that had been plagued by break ins enough to raise suspicion of the leader of the neighborhood watch? It would be for me and I believe that no matter what race was under that hood the confrontation would have still happened and to call this racial profiling is grasping at straws, and to say its white on black profiling is completely impossible unless someone wants to say that it was the white half of Zimmerman’s DNA that was doing all of the profiling that night.

See that’s the thing no one really knows. There is a point in which the the prosecution and the defense disagree on the following story and that Trayvon Martin was in fact the one that did the confronting and then subsequently did the assaulting. What really happened? I have no idea. There is no way the jury could have known either. They jury had two different stories that led up to the physical confrontation and then Trayvon being shot and killed and aside from the two stories they had photos of Zimmerman.

Check my facebook out here:

-George Zimmerman had a fractured nose, laceration on the back of his head, cuts and an assortment of cuts and bruises in addition to his own blood being all over his face and neck. It is unlikely Trayvon beat him up in self defense especially after the gun was pulled and he was shot especially to a jury that was composed of people that knew nothing about the case. These injuries are in no way serious at all though.

-The head of the prosecutor’s office said that an important factor for why charges were filed was because his injuries did not resemble anything that could be defined as significant bodily harm.

-Trayvon Martin was actually much bigger than George Zimmerman and 11 years younger and the defense highlighted this in the self-defense case with cut-outs of the men.

I guess what I’m getting at is that if the jury can’t be sure and the prosecution gave arguments that were better than the media’s but not nearly as good as the defense, then how can the court of public opinion be sure that Zimmerman stalked and confronted Martin and the killed him? I don’t think he should have been charged in the first place, but to entertain the idea of his injuries not being serious enough for self-defense I’d have to ask how bad they needed to be before the State of Florida and the throngs of people screaming for street justice would have found it acceptable for Zimmerman to use his gun. According to Zimmerman and what fits with the wound on the back of his head, Martin was trying to bang his head on the pavement. Had he not shot the kid then how bad would his injuries have gotten? If I was carrying a gun and involved in an altercation with someone younger and stronger than me and I’m losing badly then I’m going to use that gun and defend myself for the simple reason that I’m not going to ask Trayvon Martin what his plans are in beating me up and if I can expect him to do significant bodily harm and if maybe he has any idea what the prosecutor’s office would define it as.

Let’s be real about this. No one knows who attacked who and Zimmerman was getting his butt handed to him by a stranger in the middle of a rainy night and stood no chance of coming out on top unless he used that gun.

Was this about a boy getting skittles or a violent outburst?

Well of course it doesn’t. I keep seeing this crap about people going on and on about how they are going to pray next time the their teenage son goes to the store. Trayvon Martin committed no crime by being unknown to Zimmerman and being on foot, however…

-If Zimmerman followed Trayvon Martin he did nothing wrong either. It must be agreed that up until the actual confrontation neither Zimmerman or Martin committed a crime.

Only what happened during the confrontation can determine justifiable homicide or murder and the facts in the above section do NOT favor Trayvon Martin.

Of course she did. She was an awful witness that was allegedly on the phone with Trayvon Martin during the time that led up to the confrontation. The media called her testimony “colorful” and that is an understatement. It is not racial stereotyping for mannerisms, composure, speech, and overall atmosphere to be looked at negatively. Find a video of her testimony and of this woman and do a deep personal assessment and ask yourself if you find her to be not only honest but qualified to accurately recall the events that happened at the end of February in 2012 until recently during this self-defense trial and if anyone can by some miracle say with a straight face that as the star witness of the prosecution that justice for Trayvon Martin was resting in capable hands then you should also consider the following from her testimony that points to Trayvon Martin using a racial epitaph:

 -She later contradicted herself

There’s really not much to say about her, and if she was being truthful about Trayvon Martin’s description of Zimmerman then he was wrong. If cracker is slur for the white race then he was only half cracker and that half was Jewish and the other half was Latin American. Plenty of other slurs to use there.

I’ve been seeing a lot of this too. The law definitely sets the tone for how the state views self-defense but the defense team did not use this law. They used a standard self-defense case and that hinged on Zimmerman being fearful that he was in danger of great bodily harm or death. I have nothing really to say here other than this is another little known fact not highlighted by a media that pushed this case as a racial issue and a media that loves to take shots at the Right to Bear Arms.

I haven’t even presented the good stuff on this being hyped as a racial issue. Having said that I still believe that race aside as it should be in this case and just looking at it from the facts and not fluff it would be pretty hard for anyone to honestly peg Zimmerman as guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If not then clarification of the jury instructions will help.

In order for the jury to find Zimmerman guilty of second-degree murder, the prosecution must prove the following three things, beyond a reasonable doubt:

  1. Trayvon Martin is dead.
  2. The death was caused by the criminal act of George Zimmerman.
  3. There was an unlawful killing of Trayvon Martin by an act imminently dangerous to another and demonstrating a depraved mind without regard for human life.

Jurors are also asked in the instructions to consider the less included charge of manslaughter. In order for the jurors to return a guilty verdict of manslaughter, the prosecution must prove two things, beyond a reasonable doubt:

  1. Trayvon Martin is dead.
  2. George Zimmerman intentionally committed an act or acts that caused the death of Trayvon Martin.

The instructions say that “a killing that is excusable or was committed by the use of justifiable deadly force is lawful.”

The form gives jurors a detailed description of “justifiable use of deadly force,” saying:

“At issue in this case is whether George Zimmerman acted in self-defense. It is a defense to the crime of Second Degree Murder, and the lesser included offense of Manslaughter, if the death of Trayvon Martin resulted from the justifiable use of deadly force.

‘Deadly force’ means force likely to cause death or great bodily harm.

A person is justified in using deadly force if he reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself.

In deciding whether George Zimmerman was justified in the use of deadly force, you must judge him by the circumstances by which he was surrounded at the time the force was used. The danger facing George Zimmerman need not have been actual; however, to justify the use of deadly force, the appearance of danger must have been so real that a reasonably cautious and prudent person under the same circumstances would have believed that the danger could be avoided only through the use of that force. Based upon appearances, George Zimmerman must have actually believed that the danger was real.

If George Zimmerman was not engaged in an unlawful activity and was attacked in any place where he had a right to be, he had no duty to retreat and had the right to stand his ground and meet force with force, including deadly force if he reasonably believed that it was necessary to do so to prevent death or great bodily harm to himself or another or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.

In considering the issue of self-defense, you may take into account the relative physical abilities and capacities of George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin.

If in your consideration of the issue of self-defense you have a reasonable doubt on the question of whether George Zimmerman was justified in the use of deadly force, you should find George Zimmerman not guilty.

However, if from the evidence you are convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that George Zimmerman was not justified in the use of deadly force, you should find him guilty if all the elements of the charge have been proved.”

There was intent by the media, members in Congress and the President, and the entertainment industry to purposefully incite anger, violence and hate and resentment between the The African American community and white Americans by forcing the hand of the State’s Attorney into pursuing charges.

-Consider what NBC released at the time of the event when two statements were removed from context of Zimmerman’s phone call to 9-1-1 and shoved together to make it look entirely racial and the fact that NBC stated Zimmerman used a racial epitaph when in fact that was completely false and was never used in the phone call. NBC is currently being sued for this.

-About a month after the altercation the President of the United States, a bi-racial man just like Zimmerman, said, “If I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin.” Also about a month after the altercation charges were filed against Zimmerman.

-Many black political analysts are sending out tweets and making posts about racism being victorious because an independent and impartial jury found Zimmerman not guilty. For example, Van Jones tweeted “The verdict: #RacismWon

-The argument that black teens will now have more to fear because Zimmerman went free is ridiculous. The vast majority of black teens killed in America do not die at the hands of whites, Latinos, or Jews. They are murdering one another. Zimmerman was acquitted because there wasn’t any evidence to convict him other than a dead body and that’s not enough. White American’s aren’t going to run out and start killing black teens in the name of vigilante justice because they aren’t afraid to be charged and have to rely on donations to fund a legal team so they can have a bullseye on their backs with thousands upon thousands of people threatening them with death while having to then go on to face litigation in the civil realm. This is not common sense. It makes no sense at all.

-What is more likely: A Jewish Peruvian-American inspires white America to gun down black teens in hooded sweat shirts cause they think they can get away with it or there will be retribution on George Zimmerman?

-Trayvon’s mother was praying to God on TWITTER! Come on.

-Jamie Fox, the man who calls Barack Obama the lord and savior and the manthat bragged about how great it felt to play a character that got to kill a bunch of whites when he was the host on Saturday Night Live, was the chief race baiter in Hollywood before the verdict and today he was tweeting pictures of himself in a black hooded sweatshirt along with photo-shopping pictures of MLK Jr. in a hooded sweatshirt.

-The prosecution gave a variation of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech in their closing.

I could keep going on for pages. I could even write a separate blog about how terrible and unethical the Martin’s attorney was throughout this whole ordeal. This should NOT be about race. A kid died and the media, the President, and all the other powers in this world that we know are evil only cared or commented for their own selfish reasons. It did Trayvon Martin no honor and justice to force a case that could not be won. It has overturned a lot of personal progress that we had all made between each other. If Zimmerman initiated that confrontation then it was no fault of that jury or the prosecution that he wasn’t found guilty. There is no way of knowing who attacked who that night. It is best to simply mourn the death of this kid and tell the elite, “No thank you, I’m not buying the race war that you’re selling, but I won’t forget you tried to sell me something that was no good.”
